A Great Time To Lighten Up

The summer is still in full swing, with some days unbearably hot. But the last few days the rains have cooled things down somewhat. And what could be better in summer but fruit smoothies and raw vegetable juices!

This is a great time to lighten up, consume more liquids and get healthy after the late nights and drinking and eating acid forming foods. It is also a good way to get the extraordinary alkalizing minerals that our bodies so desperately need. The smoothies are also a good way to begin the morning or sometimes to replace dinner.
